Hi! I'm Matt, a proud dad of 2 amazing kids and husband to my incredible wife Tahlia. We've been together since we were 16, and I couldn't imagine life any other way. We live a great life together, and hope to share our positive energy with those who need it.
With over 5 years of experience in the disability support industry, I've gained valuable insights working both for established organisations and as an independent provider before founding Yarra Valley Community Care.
I established Yarra Valley Community Care with a clear vision: to deliver quality, person-led supports that truly focus on our clients' individual needs. While we're still in our early stages, I'm incredibly proud of our team - each member brings extensive industry experience and their own unique perspective to our work. Together, we've already made a meaningful difference in our clients' lives, and this is just the beginning of our journey.

Founded with a passion for person-centered care, Yarra Valley Community Care emerged from years of hands-on experience in disability and mental health support. As an NDIS-registered provider, we're committed to empowering individuals across the Yarra Valley region to live life on their own terms. Yarra Valley Community Care has been operating since September 2024, but our team has been working in the industry for 5 years+.
